Nick Schack

President

Nick Schack acquired Metro Concrete Products in 2023, leading to the creation of TX Precast Concrete Products. With extensive experience in the building materials industry, Nick has held several key operating and strategy/development roles. At CRH, he served as VP/GM in the materials and products businesses as well as VP Strategy & Development. Nick is deeply engaged in the industry, having served as a board member for both the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association and the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association.

Bobbie Joi Larson

Septic Tank Specialist

With over 20 years of experience in traditional and aerobic septic systems across North Houston, Bobbie Joi brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to TX Precast Concrete. As a licensed installer with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for the past decade, she has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by homeowners, builders, and design professionals. Now serving as the TX Precast Concrete “Septic Tank Specialist”, Bobbie Joi combines her hands-on knowledge with our commitment to quality manufacturing, ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and reliable solutions for every project.

Operations Manager

Carlos Lue is the Operations Manager for TX Precast Concrete, bringing over 20 years of experience in the precast industry. With a diverse background that includes plant management, overseeing large capital projects, and equipment maintenance, Carlos plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of TX Precast’s manufacturing processes. His extensive experience and commitment to operational excellence help drive the company’s success, maintaining high standards of quality and safety while delivering exceptional results for clients.
